Halloween Trunk-or-Treat Preschool-3rd Grade

Singo - Parents’ Night Out
Join our school and parish families for some exciting music bingo where instead of listening for numbers, players listen for their favorite music! Plus, bring your best chili and enter our chili cookoff taking place at 6pm. Cash prizes for the best chili and each round of Singo!

Spirit Day
On Spirit Days students are permitted to come dressed to school in Spirit Wear attire to show their pride and honor in being a SASEAS student.
The following is a list of acceptable apparel:
SASEAS Uniform can be worn.
School Spirit Wear Apparel (Hoodies are permitted).
Apparel with School Name or Mascot - Titan Athletes (No team uniforms unless approved by the principal.)
Uniform bottoms are to be worn on spirit days (approved skirts, shorts, slacks, pants). No blue jeans or other non-uniform bottoms on spirit days unless approval is given by principal.
Shoe policies still apply.

On Early Dismissal days car riders will be dismissed at 12:50 pm followed by bus riders at 1 pm.


Veterans Day Breakfast
SASEAS Catholic School would like to extend a warm welcome to all veterans and a guest to attend the annual Veterans Day Celebration.
Please join our 6, 7, and 8th grade students as we celebrate you and your service. The program will be held in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton cafeteria. The celebration will include a program recognizing the service of veterans, followed by breakfast.

Adopt-A-Family Out of Uniform - $2 Donation
ALL STUDENTS may come out of uniform on this day for a donation of $2, or more if you so choose, to help with the raising of funds to buy gifts for the 21 kids in the five families we have adopted this year.

Cookies With Santa
Cookies with Santa is quickly approaching and all the elves are getting ready!
Festivities are open between 6 and 7:30pm but we are encouraging everyone to arrive any time between 6 and 7:15pm as the event ends at 7:30 and we want to make sure the kids have enough time to complete all the activities.
Feel free to dress festive and we look forward to seeing everyone!




"UGLY SWEATER OR CHRISTMAS SHIRT"
No ugly sweater, no problem! Deck the halls with your favorite Christmas shirt or dress.

Christmas Parties
Parties start at 2 pm for grades K - 5 and 1:15 for grades 6, 7, and 8.

SASEAS School Showcase
We’d like to welcome our school families and all from the community to experience our SASEAS School Showcase!
This special event during Catholic Schools Week will highlight projects from each grade that our students are eager to share, as well as interactive STEAM Activities (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) throughout the building.
It is the perfect opportunity to walk through our halls, meet our faculty, staff and students, and experience what makes St. Andrew - St. Elizabeth Ann Seton extraordinary!

Grandparents Day & May Crowning
We will begin the day with a 9:00 AM May Crowning and Rosary followed by visits to the school classrooms, a reception in the cafe and a book fair in the gym.
Grandparents day will end at 11:00 AM and all students will be dismissed at this time.
Students are welcome to leave with their grandparents and/or parents today. Milford and Goshen Busses will be picking up any students needing transportation to their homes that live in the Milford and/or Goshen school districts at 11:00 AM. Extended Day will be available for anyone that might need to utilize the program and they will close at 6:00 PM.

Graduation Mass: 6:00 - 7:00pm
Awards Ceremony: 7:00 - 8:00pm


Last Day of School - 11am Dismissal
All students will be dismissed at 11:00 AM. Milford and Goshen bus service will be available to take the students to their homes. Clermont Northeastern and West Clermont bus service will not be available at the 11:00 dismissal time.
There is no extended day service available on this day for dismissal. There will be extended day service offered before school begins (6:45 AM - 8:15 AM).

Camp Kern - Grade 8
Bus departs the Seton Campus at 8:30 AM and leaves Camp Kern at 4:15 PM.

Trimester 1 Mid-Terms
Mid-Terms will be sent home for students in Grades 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. on Monday, October 6

Camp Kern - Grade 6
Students depart at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, October 1 and depart at 11:00 from Camp Kern on Friday, October 3, 2025.

Bring a picnic, cooler and blanket and join us for an outdoor movie night at the school pavilion!
This is a free event to attend! Popcorn will be provided. Other snacks and drinks will be for sale from the concession stand.
